Your dispatch was prompt, the same cannot be said for Aus Post delivery.
Delivery was scheduled for the 28th to the 30th of January, it is now 7 to 10 days late, somewhere lost in Brisbane.
Aus Post will not start looking for a lost item until the 14th of February.
Basically, due to Aus Post, the project is has now lost 2 weeks, and possibly 4 weeks.
Can you offer an express post option at the appropriate costing.
I regularly get parts out of country Victoria in 3 days and sometimes 2 days on express post.

Can be hard to find local places that can or will supply small sections or offcuts, and varying sizes of steel & aluminium stock for the small workshop or home hobbyist. Really happy with the very quick service. Great product. Will definitely use this company again.
