Holiday Operating Hours
Christmas & New Year Trading Hours
While we won’t be fully closed over the Christmas/New Year period (excluding Christmas Eve and public holidays), we will be operating with reduced hours and staffing.
We’ll continue responding to emails and packing orders during this time; however, please expect delays. With many of our suppliers closed over the holiday period, processing times will be longer than usual.
We’ll return to business as usual from Monday 5 January 2026.
Holiday Fulfilment Timeframes
Please note the adjusted fulfilment schedules below:
Terrarium Lids & Acrylic Products
Orders will be cut and fulfilled once per week during this period.
Machining Metals – Offcuts
Aluminium offcuts will be packed and dispatched once per week.
Machining Metals – Cut to Order
Cut-to-order machining metals will be packed and dispatched once per week.
While we carry good stock levels across our metal range, there is a chance some items may sell out or we may not have sufficient material to fulfil all orders placed during this time. If this occurs, we’ll contact you directly to discuss options.
Please note our metal supplier reopens from Monday 5 January.
Order Pickups
If you’re planning to collect your order, please contact us beforehand. Our warehouse will be staffed intermittently over the holiday period, and pickups will be by appointment only.
