Postage: how much does it cost?

Our postage costs will vary depending on which category you are purchasing from.

For all acrylic/wood/terrarium products we offer flat rate delivery of $10 on orders.

If you need it in a hurry we also offer express postage for +$5 per order.

**note: this is express postage time only, not processing time for your order.  Should you require your order by a certain date please get in touch with us before you order**

All Metal Stock & Engineering Plastics are calculated postage based on weight, based on rates by Australia Post, and in future by other Couriers.

Local Pickup:

You are able to collect orders from our Mt Barker warehouse at A03, 3 Enterprise Court, Mount Barker SA.  You will be notified of our best pickup times by email when your order is ready. Generally our collection times are 9am - 2.30pm Monday - Friday, however we can accommodate times outside of this by request - please get in touch once your order is ready.

 

Where do you post?
 
We post our items Australia Wide via Australia Post – to all mainland states & territories, plus Tasmania.  This includes shipping to both physical addresses and post office boxes.

Note: Large orders over 20kg may be split into multiple packages for ease of handling.  Individual pieces over 20kg will require a courier and can only be sent to a physical address.

Please note: We can only post to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address and your package has been delivered there we are unable to retrieve it. Please check the address on your Order Confirmation and get in touch asap if you notice an error.

What are your processing times?
 
We aim to process and dispatch all order within 2-4 business days, however this will fluctuate throughout the year during peak times or if there are delays with stock. You will be notified if we believe there will be a delay in your order more than 7 business days.

Once your item leaves our hands, actual delivery times may vary depending on the method of delivery chosen (regular or express post).  Please contact us directly at sales@makersupplies.com.au if you have any further enquiries about shipping times for your order.
 
I haven't received my order…

It is your responsibility to confirm that your Shipping Address is when placing your order.  Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you notice an error, however if your order has already been dispatched we cannot guarantee your order can be redirected or returned.

All of our packages are sent with tracking. If you haven’t received your item after 7-10 days of posting and you cannot find your tracking information please contact us at any of the options below:
