Acetal
Acetal POM-C is a high-performance semi-crystalline thermoplastic engineered for precision applications requiring exceptional dimensional stability and superior frictional properties. This advanced material combines outstanding mechanical strength with exceptional toughness while offering superior machinability compared to other engineering plastics.
Ideal for precision components with tight tolerances, acetal is the preferred choice for demanding engineering applications. Unlike nylon, acetal exhibits extremely low moisture absorption, maintaining consistent mechanical properties in wet, submerged, or harsh environments. The material also demonstrates excellent chemical resistance, making it suitable for corrosive conditions.
Nylon
Nylon PA materials are manufactured using two primary production methods: casting and extrusion processes. Cast nylon products offer superior molecular weight and enhanced crystallization compared to extruded alternatives, delivering exceptional performance characteristics.
