Size Limits

• Minimum cut size: 50 × 50 mm
• Maximum cut size: 1000 × 1000 mm

Cutting Tolerance

Our saw-cut service is intended as a preparation cut rather than a finished machined surface.

For best results, we recommend ordering your material at least 2 mm oversize on all finished dimensions to allow for saw cutting tolerance and final machining.

Example:

• Finished size required: 200 × 150 mm
• Recommended order size: 202 × 152 mm

Orders are securely packaged and shipped Australia-wide.

• Maximum parcel weight: 20 kg

Courier Delivery

• Maximum parcel weight: 25 kg
• Courier deliveries cannot be sent to PO Boxes.

Larger or heavier orders may be split into multiple shipments or quoted separately.

Please allow 5–8 working days for cutting and processing before your order is dispatched.
