We aim to process and dispatch all order within 2-4 business days, however this will fluctuate throughout the year during peak times or if there are delays with stock. You will be notified if we believe there will be a delay in your order more than 7 business days.
Once your item leaves our hands, actual delivery times may vary depending on the method of delivery chosen (regular or express post).
Love your products and price, but not to keen on delivery times, taking 4 days before you dispatched is way to slow tbh, maybe you business is going so well it takes you this long to cut and pack my order, which is fair, but if you are that busy and business is that good some competition will come along and will cut pack and dispatch same day to run against you lol. Maybe keep that in mind, and thanks for the product its great
Arrived in my suburb 9th June, package still has not made it to my house as of 16th June. Aus post shows it as delayed.
